Christmas Tree, oh Christmas Tree!

The Saturday after Thanksgiving, we went on our annual Christmas tree hunt. For the past couple of years, we've been going to a place down in McDonough to cut down the perfect tree. It is huge and there are animals to visit with and this year we even went on a tractor ride! What fun. Now, if Christmas would just get here already!

I'm not sure if you've noticed this about me, but I am quite the silly goose. And I must do everything that Daddy does and wear what Daddy does, even if these gloves are 72 times too big!

Cooper isn't sure what to make of all of this:

One of the best things about coming to the Christmas tree farm is playing Hide and Seek between the trees. Catch me if you can!

After careful searching, we found The Tree! I made the final decision, because I have the best taste:

Ready to cut!

Just give me the tree, and I'll carry it to the car, okay?

I am just following the tree with legs:

There were even 2-week-old bunnies there! They were so cute that I wanted one. That didn't happen, but I did get to feed the Mama bunnies some yummy grass:

On the hayride:

I am Daddy's perpetual helper, and lately have decided that my ladder must be used in every situation. So here we are trying to get this huge tree in our house!

Thanksgiving

We had a really fun, wonderful Thanksgiving with our family, as usual! We ate until our bellies couldn't hold anymore and Cooper had his first "meal" of rice cereal with everyone. Which he hated! Oh well.

But I always love just spending time with our sweet family in our cozy little house and enjoying yummy food too! It was just a great day all around!

All I want is to get my hands on Uncle Zach's beard!

And even during my 6-month "fussy" spell, I have always had a soft spot for my Aunt Sara:

Let's chow!

I am pretty sure Bebe thinks I'm super-fantastic:

Silly Me

Here are just a few of my silly moments from this month...

Fireman Harrison, here to save the day with my muscles! I am ripped.

This is my dirty clothes basket. Which I turned into a rocket ship.

Oh, this is so special. Riding in the car with my helmet on, holding a wrench. Mama laughed the whole way to the store. What's her deal?

I can't remember if I am a rock star or a rhino here. I am either too cool, or too fierce:

Date with Mama

Today me and Mama got to go on a date - we started off going to Lowe's so that I could make a car garage. I am getting quite handy, if I do say so myself - I did most of the nailing all by myself! After that, Mama asked me where I wanted to have lunch, and I chose Waffle House. We had a feast and even got to sit at the bar for the first time! I loved sitting way up high.

On our way home, we stopped at Wendy's for a frosty, which I promptly spilled in Mama's brand new car. Whoops! It needed to be properly broken in anyways, right? It was way too clean for a Mama of two boys. We really had a terrific morning together - I am pretty sure Mama never wanted it to end! Me either.

The final product:

Riding in the buggy with the concrete and being quite a goofball. I think I entertained a lot of people at Lowe's!

I have decided that I must have something in my pockets at all times lately. Today it was my little stuffed puppy and my racecar. I admired myself in the store windows for a while:

Patiently waiting for my food at Waffle House:

Playing at the Park

Before it got too chilly, we took a couple of chances to get to the park and run and slide and swing and play!
