Happy Birthday Daddy!

Today we celebrated our wonderful Daddy's birthday, and lucky for us, he picked something he knew we would love to do too!  So we headed to the Tellus Museum and spent most of the day there and had a most excellent time!  We love you, Daddy - you fill our little hearts with so much joy every day!  Happy Birthday!

Biggest tires we've ever seen out front of the museum - a sure sign this was going to be a terrific day!

All of a sudden, we couldn't find Cooper - and then we heard a squeal of joy and saw that he had raced up a hill and was running back towards us, laughing all the way!

The first thing we saw in the museum was this cool pendulum which demonstrates the rotation of the earth, and knocks down dominoes as it goes.  We were mesmerized:

And we saw things we never even knew existed:

In the Science in Motion gallery - so many things to check out in here!

And of course I couldn't resist this:

And wow, we got to pan for treasure in this room - we found lots of tiny gems that we got to keep!

In the Fossil Dig room - we found some shark teeth that we got to take home with us!

Yelling into a tube - one of the only times I have ever been asked to scream as loud as I could!  The louder I yelled, the bigger the light on the screen got:

I played with this for quite a while - the higher the frequency, the more the sand in the tubes moved - it was like creating a little tornado:

Playing with magnets:

Playing drums with some parrots:

Time to go!  And we left in true Stuckey fashion - running and laughing our heads off!

Time to Party!

It's my birthday party day!  Bebe made me another amazing cake for my Star Wars party:

The lovely people at Menchie's gave us all a t-shirt to color while we waited on the clown to show up:

Then Mr. Tone showed up and we were all quite fascinated with him and his very cool magic tricks:

After the magic show, Mr. Tone brought out a pinata that he wanted us to KICK until it broke open - why have I never done this before?  It was awesome!

After we'd all had 2 turns kicking at it, it finally busted!

Time for ice cream!

And some delicious cake:

One of my witty friends got me some Stinky Stickers :)

Back home, I opened my presents from Papa and Bebe.  They know me so well!

Loved the card too - I smiled the whole time while I read it:

And a Captain America mask!

Practicing my aim on my family:

And Cooper got tickled to pieces by Papa:

Reading my new book to Cooper:

I'm SEVEN!

Today I am seven years old - Happy Birthday to me!!  As soon as I came downstairs, I found my birthday present waiting for me and I hopped right on!  For lunch, we headed over to my favorite place in the world to eat - Los Bravos - and met up with a few of our friends and family for some delicious Mexican food.  A perfect way to spend my special day according to me!

My new bike!

Handsome and happy at Los Bravos:

Tackled by my brother:

Enjoying my cupcake:

Here's a clue to why this is turning into such an incredible mess - I have no front teeth so I side-bite everything right now:

Cooper also gave me a new Storm Trooper and even wrote his name on the gift tag:

Complete goofballs and best of friends:

Aunt Kelly gave me some money to spend at Toys R Us and I couldn't believe I could get these 2 boxes of awesomeness!  Thank you Aunt Kelly!
