Easter!

Easter started off at our house with baskets filled with goodies from the Easter bunny, and then a little egg hunt in our front yard.  After we enjoyed the spoils of our hunt, we got dressed and headed up to Papa & Bebe's house for more family fun!  Happy Easter!

Now to find some eggs.  And yes, I did feel it necessary to wear the new sunglasses the Easter bunny brought me!

Molly was posed perfectly for a picture 0.5 seconds before this picture was taken.  Oh well.

Whew!  It's bright in here!

We think the Easter bunny may have gone a little over the top this year...

And now, let the hunt begin!

Sam watching me find my eggs from the porch, and yes, Aunt Marilyn is wearing bunny ears!

Found one way up high...

....so I asked Mama for a lift!

Easter Egg Hunt at School

It's Easter time again!  Daddy and Big Brother to my school to join in on the fun and after that, Daddy surprised me by taking us boys home for the day.  Pretty great way to end the week!

And we're off!

I'll take that!

Utter chaos out here - the eggs are disappearing before I can get my hands on them - must move faster!

Success - and it's a beaut!

I might just have the best big brother in the world.  Actually, I'm positive I do.

Taking a rest after all that hard work:

Checking out the prizes in the eggs - lots of stickers and tattoos - the Easter bunny sure knows me!

Big Brother helping me get some of these eggs open - did I mention I think he is about the best thing in the world?

So, I shared my spoils with him.  I gave him every prize he asked for.  That's how much I love him!

One of my favorite teachers, Miss Christian, even gave me a snuggly bunny hug:

Some Uncle J & Aunt Lucy Time

We hadn't seen our sweet Aunt & Uncle in quite a while, so imagine our excitement when they came over to spend the day with us!  They even came bearing gifts of Star Wars stuffed animal backpacks for us.  How perfect and awesome is that?  I'm pretty sure Cooper's will be surgically attached to his back for a while...

Some brotherly love (yes, on the floor) of the pizza place:

I don't get puffy Cheetos or knives very often, so I took advantage of it and savored every bite!

Stinking cute (for some reason I preferred Yoda's toes to be by my ears):

Enjoying some ice cream and snow cones after dinner at one of Aunt Lucy's favorite places in Decatur.  She loves us so much that she shares her beloved snow cone with us!

We keep her giggling...like when I eat my dropped ice cream off of my shirt:

Enjoying every last drop:

Oh We're Awfully Silly!

We pretty much make everything a million times more entertaining wherever we go. Case in point...(pay special attention to the eyebrows):

Field Trip!

Today our class went to a field trip to the Peachtree-DeKalb Airport, and Mama came with us!  We had loads of fun being goofy with my friends, studying the airplanes and playing on the playground.  I also told Mama that I do not want to fly planes and I think she was just fine with that!

Being super goofy with my buddy on the bus:

Taking a break from goofiness to snuggle up to Mama:

Getting up close and personal with the underbelly of a plane on our tour:

Taking my turn in the cockpit:

This is how I smile for every picture now that I have a missing tooth:

Sitting between my two best buds for a group shot.  And the curly-headed girl in front of me has tried to kiss me about a thousand times now and sends me home with love notes and presents.  What can I say?

On the way back to the bus, I found an inchworm and played with him the whole ride back and named him Fred.  When we got back to school, I said goodbye and safely deposited him on a tree:
