It's Finally Halloween!

After suffering through a couple of pictures, Spiderman and the little monkey were anxious to head off to their pre-Trick-or-Treating party. Let's go!

Mama and her little monkey:

Explaining the do's and don'ts of a fun Halloween to the rookie:

This little monkey got very distracted on his walk to Aiden's house. Spiderman and Daddy were there a good 15 minutes before we showed up (and they only live 4 houses away):

Instant best friends. We all have the coolest taste and we are here to save the world:

Partying in the front yard of Aiden's house (that's him in the fireman outfit):

Finally! Time to Trick-or-Treat!

Is this really happening? Are our nice neighbors just giving us candy for no reason other than looking cute? This is awesome!

Our buddy Mr. Hopi:

On to the next house:

Do we have enough shots of the monkey yet? In Daddy's defense, it was my first "real" Halloween. I have my own bucket and everything:

Me and my sweet, wonderful Daddy:

This fun lady had things that danced, shook and talked over our heads. We stayed for a while studying on them.

You may not know this about me, but I am hysterical:

Most of the kids in this picture were too scared to go up to this house (it's always the spookiest), but there was free candy to be had, so I charged right up!

A couple last stops:

And finally we came full-circle - the last house we stopped at was Aiden's. We had to check in with Miss Amanda and Mr. Brent to see how their night had gone - we all had a blast!

Morning at the Park

It was too pretty this morning to stay in, so we headed right out to the park!

Hey, is that Cooper up there?

Bliss.

Flying through the air:

The swing is a great place to just sit and be alone with your thoughts:

Mama is obsessed with the back of my head (well, can you blame her?):

Halloween at Mama's Office

It's time to Trick-or-Treat at Mama's office again! And this year was even better because Grandmama came with us too! It was finally cold enough for Cooper to wear his monkey costume and to everyone's surprise, he loved wearing the monkey ears. The morning was a huge, fun success - we got buckets full of candy and treats, I webbed almost everyone I saw, I got to play with my friends (who also dressed up as superheroes), we got to hang out with our family and even have a special breakfast together!

A happy monkey with his Grandmama:

Making one of my many stops for some loot:

Cooper got in on the action too:

Enjoying the fruit of my labor:

No smiling, Mama. Spiderman and Trick-or-Treating is very serious business!

Yeah, this is the best shot Mama could get of us together. Cooper was too darned excited about the contents of his bucket to sit still. But really, who could blame him?

Spiderman's work never stops - not even for Trick-or-Treating:

Oh what a cute, happy little monkey and his sweet Grandmama!

Enjoying some breakfast after all that hard work:

Petsmart Field Trip

This morning our class went on a field trip to Petsmart and boy was I excited! We got a special tour of the store, and got to meet a lot of the animals. I was the only one in my class that wanted to hold the snake - I loved it! I could have stayed all day!

Petting a slimy little creature:

Anxiously awaiting my turn to pet this fiesty guy:

Morning at the Race Track

Well this morning we took our Bebe to the race track to treat her to a ride with a professional driver around the track a few times. It was such a cool place and we couldn't believe how fast the cars were going, and that our Bebe was in one of them!

Bebe is suited up and ready to ride!

Let's roll!

I wasn't sure what to think of all this, but Papa's got me, so I felt safe:

After her race around the track, Bebe landed a kiss right on my forehead:

I am ready for my turn now!

My face says it all:

I could get used to this. Only 12 more years...
